Information the website collects

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view and when. This information is used to run and secure the website and to understand how it is used. We do not use advertising trackers.

The consultation form collects the name, phone number, and email address you enter, the topic you choose, and any message you write. When you send the form, that information is emailed to our office so we can call you. Please do not include detailed medical information in the form.

To block spam, the form may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the form is being sent by a person.

If you become a patient

If you become a client, we will have your name, email, address, phone number, and the medical history you provide. Your medical information is kept private and protected.

How we use your information

We use your contact information to respond to you and schedule your consultation. We may also email you about research on treatments we are considering or new services we offer. We will not flood your inbox, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing. If you choose to apply for financing, you apply directly with that lender on its own website, under its own privacy policy.
